When German pioneers moved west in the late 1800's, they brought with them this original Bavarian treat. All of our Bratwurst is hand-made in Wisconsin, where many of these German pioneers settled, and where Brats are a year-round tradition. Sold in 2, 4 and 8 lb. packs, with approximately 4 brats per pound.
