Pork Porterhouse is one part Pork Chop, and one part Pork Tenderloin, making it the perfect cut for grilling.

Each of our Pork Porterhouse steaks weighs a filling 12 oz., enough to satisfy just about any appetite.  The Porterhouse is a great steak for coating in barbeque sauce or you can simply apply your favorite rub and grill it to perfection.
