Tenderloin Roast, or Chateaubriand, is an exquisite boneless beef roast cut from the heart of the tenderloin.

It is one of the most succulent, tender pieces of beef we offer.  All of our Tenderloin Roasts are 100% USDA choice beef aged an average of 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor.  Chateaubriand is very easy to cook.  Offered in either a 2 or 4 lb. roast.  Also available as a Stuffed Roast.
