Stuffed Shrimp
Our Stuffed Shrimp are a mouth-watering, incomparable gourmet appetizer that can also be served as a meal.
We butterfly-cut each Jumbo Shrimp and then fill them with a wonderfully seasoned stuffing made from crab meat, Alaskan Pollock, Pacific Whiting, garlic, cream, butter and seasoning. Each pound is approximately 15-16 Stuffed Shrimp, and serves 2-3 people if used as a main course.
