Our hearty well-aged Porterhouse steaks taste as good as they look.

Hand-cut from our USDA Choice beef, and aged an average of 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor, the Porterhouse is from the short loin and consists of both a beefy Strip Steak on one side of the bone and a tender Filet Mignon on the other.  Bigger than a T-bone, no other steak looks quite as impressive on the grill nor eats quite as well as the Porterhouse.  Available as an 18 oz. or 22 oz. steak, or if you really want to impress your dinner guests, try a whopping 32 oz. cut.
