Hand-cut from our USDA Choice beef, and aged an average of 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor, the Porterhouse is from the short loin and consists of both a beefy Strip Steak on one side of the bone and a tender Filet Mignon on the other. Bigger than a T-bone, no other steak looks quite as impressive on the grill nor eats quite as well as the Porterhouse.
