Top Sirloin is a versatile cut of beef that can be enjoyed right off the grill, sliced into salads, or cubed for kabobs.
Aged an average of 21 days, our Top Sirloin is a relatively inexpensive cut that is nearly as tender as our Filet Mignon but with the stronger American beef flavor of our Kansas City Strip Steak. Just season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, or your favorite rub, and grill. We offer our Top Sirloin in both a 6 and 10 oz. size.
