Q.  What type of beef do you use and where is it from?
A.  All of our beef is certified USDA Choice or higher and is sourced exclusively from United States ranchers and producers.
 
Q.  What makes your beef so much more tender and flavorful than what I can buy in the supermarket?
A.  All our beef is aged for an average of 21 days, which really locks in the rich, American beef flavor you are tasting.  Many supermarkets want to sell you their beef as quickly as possible to increase inventory turns, and thus they do not typically take the time to age their beef like this.
 
Q.  What makes you different than other beef companies?
A.  We emphasize quality over quantity.  Our steaks are cut by an expert butcher shop that has been in business for over 90 years.  We are not a typical beef production house that has high turnover...most of our butchers have been cutting meat for over 25 years!
