We guarantee that all our steaks start from fresh American USDA choice beef or better, are well aged to enhance their tenderness and deepen their flavor, are properly cut by our expert butchers, and are delivered to their destination safely using our deep-freeze packaging.
If you feel this was not the case with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at our toll-free customer care number, 888-79 STEAK, or if you prefer, use our convenient Contact Us form, so that we may work with you to remedy the situation immediately. If your shipment arrived in a damaged condition, and the contents are warm or spoiled, please keep the container and contents as they arrived, and call us immediately as we must get FedEx to come back and pick it up for a swift return and credit.
Please note that while we try to represent our products as accurately as possible on our web site, beef and other meat products, being natural and not manufactured, are subject to normal variation in color, size, and shape.
