Hand-cut from our USDA Choice beef, and aged an average of 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor, our Porterhouses and T-Bones are from the short loin and consists of both a beefy Strip Steak on one side of the bone and a tender Filet Mignon on the other. At one inch and 16 oz, our T-Bone is more than a mouthful to finish, but nothing looks quite as impressive on the grill as our large Porterhouses. If you really want to impress your guests, try our whopping 32 oz. Porterhouse which is about 2 inches thick!
