Cut from the center of our marbled USDA choice Prime Rib Roast, and aged an average of 21 days, our Ribeye steaks are full of mouth-watering juicy American beef flavor. Ribeyes are well suited for grilling over both charcoal and gas. Available in either 10oz. or 16oz. weight. Our 10 oz. ribeye averages 3/4" thick, while our 16 oz. cut is just over 1" thick.
