Aged an average of 21 days, our Top Sirloin sizzlers are a relatively inexpensive cut that is nearly as tender as our Filet Mignon but has the stronger American beef flavor of our Kansas City Strip Steak. Just season with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, or your favorite rub, and grill it up. We offer our Top Sirloin in both a 6 and 10 oz. size.
