Q.  WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

A.  We believe that food quality is the most important trait of our business and thus we are proud to source ALL of our products from American farmers, ranchers, and fisherman.
 

Q. WHAT TYPE OF BEEF DO YOU USE?

A.  All of our beef is vegetarian grain-fed, USDA certified Choice.
 

Q.  WHAT MAKES YOUR BEEF SO MUCH MORE TENDER AND FLAVORFUL THAN WHAT I CAN BUY IN THE SUPERMARKET?

A.  All our beef is aged for an average of 21 days, which really locks in the rich, American beef flavor you are tasting.  Many supermarkets want to sell you their beef as quickly as possible to increase inventory turns, and thus they do not typically take the time to age their beef like this.
 

Q.  WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHER BEEF COMPANIES?

A.  We emphasize quality over quantity.  Our steaks are cut by an expert butcher shop that has been in business for over 90 years.  We are not a typical beef production house that has high turnover...most of our butchers have been cutting meat for over 25 years!
 

Q.  WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

A.  All orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday.  Shipping times vary depending upon when and where the order is being shipped as we must ensure the perishable order does not sit idle with the carrier over the weekend.  This may require us to hold your order a few extra days and ship it the following week to avoid any problems.  You will receive an email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number as soon as we ship it.  If you would like a more specific shipping time estimate, information about expedited shipping, or have any questions about shipping, please contact customer care using the Contact Us link and we will be happy to assist you further.
